  • Chicken fillet 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • National Tikka Masala 3tbsp
  • National Ketchup 2tbsp
  • National Soy Sauce 1tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 2
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Skewers


  • Cut chicken fillets into cubes.
  • Add National Tikka Masala, ginger garlic paste, National Ketchup, and National Soy Sauce in it.
  • Mix it well and let it rest to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Take skewers, and insert chicken cubes in skewers.
  • Take egg in a bowl beat it and spread breadcrumbs on a wide plate.
  • Now dip chicken skewers in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Similarly, make all stick botis in this way.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken tikka stick boti on medium heat until golden brown.
  • Serve with National Ketchup or any sauce.
