Preparing chicken tikka
Take a pan and add chicken, 2tbsp National Tikka Masala, 1tsp garlic powder, salt, red chili flakes and 2tbsp cooking oil. Mix it well and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked properly, then add coal smoke and keep aside
For preparing dough
In a small cup, mix 2tbsp yeast and 1tsp sugar, then add 1/4 cup warm
Take a large bowl, sift flour and salt, then pour the yeast mixture
Knead the dough with hands, mix it until it becomes moist and sticky
Take another bowl and grease it with cooking oil and put the dough inside it. Then set aside for 60 to 90 minutes, cover it with your kitchen towel until it becomes double in size
Assembling
Pour some oil in the pizza pan to grease it, then put the dough inside
Pour the pizza sauce on it, then sprinkle some shredded cheese, add chicken tikka pieces, sprinkle oregano and all chopped vegetables on top and then sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top
Bake it for 10-15 minutes
