Chicken Tikka Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Ingredients for chicken
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1.5 tbsp National Chicken Tikka Masala
  • 1/2 TSP red chilli flakes
  • 1tbsp National Soy and National Chilli Sauce
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1chopped garlic clove
  • Coal for smoke
  • Ingredients for pasta :
  • 250 grams of boiled penne pasta
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 1/2 chopped cabbage
  • 1tbsp National Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp National Chilli Sauce
  • 1tbsp National Black Pepper.
  • 1/3 cup National Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • Shredded chicken
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add oil in a pan then add chopped garlic cloves golden brown them.
  • Then add all ingredients in chicken mix and then add it in pan let it cook until done then give coal smoke and shred it and put aside
  • Now for pasta add oil in a a pan add chopped garlic cloves and then all chopped veggies then add soya and chilli sauce , black pepper and red chilli flakes and then add salt and chilli garlic sauce mix it well
  • Then add boiled pasta and Shredded chicken mix them well and further cook for 5 mints then serve
