Directions
Mix all filling ingredients very well and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
In a pan, add 2tbsp oil, marinated chicken and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now add sweet corn 1tbsp, onion chopped 2tbsp, mayonnaise 4tbsp, capsicum and tomato chopped 1tbsp, cheese 4tbsp, oregano leaves 1tsp, parsley 1tsp and mix well and keep aside.
Mix all these ingredients in chicken and your stuffing is ready.
Now separately mix all bun ingredients with flour and knead a very soft dough.
Let it rest for 1 hour and then make small balls out of it.
Roll the dough, stuff the filling, and again make small balls from it.
Brush egg mixture over buns and sprinkle cheese and olives on top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
