Peel potatoes and boil them until soft and then mash
Boil Chicken until tender and then shred.
In a separate bowl add boiled and mashed potato, shredded chicken, National chicken tikka masala, chicken powder, black pepper and butter. Mix well to make a perfect mixture.
Take 30 gm potato and chicken mixture now keep 10 gm cheese cube on the mixture and cover it to make a ball or either you can make it flat.
Beat eggs in a bowl and add National salt to it.
Add flour in the second bowl and breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
Coat chicken ball with flour then egg and breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes or until turn into nice golden color.
Serve with National Tomato Ketchup and Chilli Garlic Sauce.
