Make the dough by mixing all ingredients.Let it rest for 2 hours.First of all boil chicken pieces and shred them.In a pan add oil and cook shredded chicken.Add vegetables.Add salt, National Tikka masala, paprika, and soya sauce.Add ketchup and mix.Now make small balls of dough.Fill each ball and make a ball again.Let it rest for 10_15 minutes.Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.Bake for 20-25 minutes.Then brush with oil.
