  • Chicken breast
  • National Black Pepper =1tsp
  • National White Pepper =1/2tsp
  • National Salt =according to your taste
  • Onion =2chopped
  • Green chillies =2chopped
  • Fresh coriander =3tbsp
  • Manda patti=1kg
  • Atta lai for pasting
  • Oil for frying


  • Cut all chicken breast in small cubes.
  • Add Ginger Garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, salt and water let it boil.
  • When water dried mash chicken properly let it cool
  • Now add chopped onions, green chillies, fresh coriander mix it well
  • Now take manda patti and make samosa and paste with lai now deep fry it
