Directions
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala for 30 mins
Cook chicken in 1 tbsp oil. Once cooked turn off the flame and put the chopped bell peppers. Give it a good mix
For salsa, grind two tomatoes and chop rest of the ingredients
Mix all together, add lemon juice, black pepper, salt and ketchup
Now take one tortilla, spread salsa over it, then put generous amount of cheddar cheese, sprinkle cooked chicken mixture, and top it with mozzarella cheese
Cover it with another tortilla. Now brush a pan with butter and cook the quesadilla until golden brown and the cheese is melted
