  • Chicken with bones half kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • National Iodized Refined Salt half tsp or to taste
  • National Vinegar 2tbsp
  • National Red Chilli powder 1tsp
  • NationalCoriander powder half tsp
  • National Cumin powder half tsp
  • National Black Pepper powder quarter tsp
  • National Chaat masala 1tbsp
  • National Tikka masala 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Flour quarter cup
  • Oil for frying


  • In a bowl, marinate chicken with National Salt, ginger garlic paste, and National Vinegar. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then add National Red Chilli Powder, National Coriander Powder, National Cumin Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, National Chaat Masala, National Tikka Masala, and lemon juice.
  • Mix and add egg and flour. Marinate for half hour.
  • In a large wok, add oil, and deep fry the marinated chicken for 15 minutes on low flame till golden in color.
  • Serve with National Ketchup.
