Directions
Boil rice with lemon juice, yellow food colour (optional), 2tbs of oil and salt
Marinate chicken with 1tbs of oil, salt, black pepper, a dash of National Chinese Soy Sauce and National Vinegar
Stir fry chicken in a cooking pot and set aside
Now add 2tbs of oil and sauté carrots, onion and white part of green onion, add ginger garlic paste, stir for 3 to 4 minutes
Now add 2 beaten eggs with the vegetables, add some salt, black pepper powder, Bombay Biryani Masala, vinegar, soya sauce and stir for more 2 minutes
Now mix vegetables with the rice and add green onions
Serve with any gravy or National Chilli Garlic sauce.
