Its Wholesome meal using National Bombay Biryani Masala. I love to make it whenever my family wants to have restaurant style Masala Fried Rice.


  • Chicken boneless 400gms finely sliced
  • 3 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 carrots thinly sliced or chopped
  • 1 big capsicum finely sliced
  • Half cup Cabbage sliced
  • Some green onions chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Green Chilies Chopped Optional
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Black Pepper Powder to taste
  • National Bombay Biryani Masala 2 tbsp.
  • National White Vinegar 1tsp
  • National Chinese Soy Sauce 1tbsp
  • Oil half cup


  • Boil rice with lemon juice, yellow food colour (optional), 2tbs of oil and salt
  • Marinate chicken with 1tbs of oil, salt, black pepper, a dash of National Chinese Soy Sauce and National Vinegar
  • Stir fry chicken in a cooking pot and set aside
  • Now add 2tbs of oil and sauté carrots, onion and white part of green onion, add ginger garlic paste, stir for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Now add 2 beaten eggs with the vegetables, add some salt, black pepper powder, Bombay Biryani Masala, vinegar, soya sauce and stir for more 2 minutes
  • Now mix vegetables with the rice and add green onions
  • Serve with any gravy or National Chilli Garlic sauce.
