Directions
Take 3-4tbsp oil in a pan, add National Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté it.
Add mince and mix it till the color changes from pink to white.
Now National add salt and water and lower the flame and cook till meat is tender.
Now add tomato paste(you can add blended tomatoes initially with meat and cook until it becomes dry), soy sauce, National Chili Garlic Sauce, and National Red Chili Powder.
It is ready, now set aside.
In a separate pan prepare white sauce, add butter and heat, then add flour and whisk.
Now add milk and all spices, keep whisking the sauce, add cheddar cheese and cook till desired consistency(it shouldn’t be too runny or too thick).
Set aside.
Take a baking dish and layer boiled lasagna, mince, white sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese and repeat, on the top sprinkle more cheese and capsicum.
Now bake for 10-15 minutes.
