Directions
Take a pan and pour oil into it.
Give a nice brown color to the onions, crush & keep aside.
Add National ginger garlic paste and fry it a little bit.
Now add all the masala into it. (add half a cup of water to it)
Mix till the oil separates.
Add yogurt & mix again.
Now add brown onion (crushed).
When the gravy is done add koftas n 1/2cup water in it.
Now stir the pan slowly.
It's ready when oil is separated.
And serve!
