Directions
Heat up your oil in a karahi dish and add National cumin and methi dana.
Add the chicken in. Fry this, constantly stirring until the chicken begins to take on a golden color.
Add in the garlic paste.
Add all the chopped tomatoes and green chilies and spices. Stir in and allow this all to cook.
Continue to cook this mix for about 20 minutes. The oil will separate, and the tomatoes will thicken.
The chicken should be cooked through at this point.
Add the coriander, green chillis, and national ketchup. Stir and turn the heat down to a low flame and allow everything to simmer together for 5 minutes.
Serve with the matchstick-cut ginger and additional onion and lemon if desired.
