Chicken Kachori

Ingredients:
Chicken 400gm
onion 100 gm chopped
National red chili powder 1/2 tsp
National salt to taste
National garam masala 1/2 tsp
ginger/garlic paste 1tsp
green chilies 4 chopped
green coriander 2 tsp chopped
For dough:
Flour(maida) 500 gm
oil 50 gm
National salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 150gm
* do not use margarine.
Directions
For mixture:
Boil chicken with salt.
In a pan, heat the oil, add chicken and fry it with ginger garlic paste.
When chicken changes color, add onion, and all the spices and cook on low heat and shred it.
For dough:
Knead the flour with water and make dough.
Add oil and salt and knead well. Make sure the dough must be soft but not sticky.
Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Make 9-10 small balls, roll them, spread butter then fold them like balls, and keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Roll the folded balls and spread the chicken mixture in it, fold it and fry in preheated oil on very low heat.
Kachori is ready. Serve it with National Ketchup and Mayo!
