Chicken Jalfrezi & Vegetable Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Chicken Jalfrezi

  • Chicken boneless: 1 kg
  • Tomatoes: 6 medium size
  • Bell pepper: 3
  • Onion: 2 medium size
  • Jalapenos: 3 to 4
  • National Jalfrezi Masala packet: 1
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbs
  • Oil 2 serving spoons

Vegetable egg fried rice

  • Half kg boil rice
  • 3 eggs
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Black or white pepper half tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Carrot 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green onions (only green part) chopped.

Directions

Chicken Jalfrezi:
  • Put 1 tbsp vinegar in a bowl and add National Jalfrezi Masala
  • Make paste of 4 tomatoes in a grinder and put it aside
  • Chop 2 tomatoes, bell pepper, onion and chilies in square shape, put them aside
  • Add oil and ginger garlic paste in a pan and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • Add the marinated chicken in it. Sauté, then put paste of tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water
  • After 5 minutes put all square shaped chopped vegetables in it, stir it gently and cover the pan on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Chicken jalfrezi is ready
  • Vegetable Egg Fried Rice:
  • Heat oil in the pan, add egg and garlic and fry
  • Add boiled rice, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, pepper, sugar and mix them properly
  • Add carrot & green onions
  • Cook the rice for 2 more minutes and turn off the flame
