Chicken drumettes

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumettes 500 gm
  • National Salt
  • Pepper 1tsp
  • National Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • National Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • National chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • National tomato ketchup
  • National Corn flour half cup
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • 2 egg
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Marniate drumettes with National Chilli sauce, National Soya sauce, National vinegar, mustard paste, National salt and pepper for around 1 hour.
  • Add in a bowl 1 cup all-purpose flour, National Corn flour 4 tbsp, National salt, pepper, baking powder 1tsp,1 tsp baking soda and mix it well.
  • Beat 2 eggs with 4 tbsp milk.
  • Now coat marinated chicken drumettes with dry ingredients then egg mixture then again dry ingredients.
  • Now coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in low heat until golden brown.
  • Serve with national tomato ketchup.
