Directions
Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp National Chilli Powder.
In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic. Fry until it turns light brown.
Add marinated chicken and fry it on high flame.
Let its water dry out and in a separate pan stir fry all your veggies with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Do not over-fry the vegetables.
Mix your veggies and chicken. Add little water and cornflour to make ur gravy a little thicker.
Your Chicken Chilli is now ready, don't forget to put slices of green chilies.
