Chicken Chilli

Recipe Cusine:



  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless(cut into thin small cubes/slices)

For Marination:

  • 2 tbsp National Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp National Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp National Vinegar
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 tbsp National Haldi Powder
  • 1 tbsp National Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp National Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp National Chilli Powder.
  • In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic. Fry until it turns light brown.
  • Add marinated chicken and fry it on high flame.
  • Let its water dry out and in a separate pan stir fry all your veggies with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Do not over-fry the vegetables.
  • Mix your veggies and chicken. Add little water and cornflour to make ur gravy a little thicker.
  • Your Chicken Chilli is now ready, don't forget to put slices of green chilies.
  • Enjoy your Chicken Chilli with rice in a sizzling pan!
