Directions
In a bowl marinate chicken mince with ginger garlic paste ,yogurt, National tikka masala National red chili powder ,black pepper powder ,garam masala powder , cumin seeds powder, lemon juice and salt mix well.
Now heat 2tbsp oil and cook till full done . Turn off flame then add finely capsicum .let it cool then add jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese.
Fill this mixture in samsosa sheets like rectangular patties or any shape you like .Dip in beaten egg coat with bread crumbs .Freeze for half hour .
Fry in oil till golden brown.
