Put oil, butter and onion in the pan sotay onion for few minutes don't make it fry. Add flour and cook for few minutes then add chicken and stir fry it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat, then add salt, national garam masala powder, national red chilli powder, national tikka masala, mix thoroughly.
Now add milk mix well and cook on low flame till stuffing completely dry finally add chillis and coriander. Mix well and off the flame.
Now transfer it into the bowl and add mayonnaise mix well your stuffing is ready.
Now take fresh bread cut in a circle from any cutter. Place the stuffing at the centre of the bread, slightly wet the edges with water and then cover it with another piece of bread Now make all bread patties similarly and set aside.
Then beat the eggs in the bowl and take breadcrumbs in the wide plate. Now dip the patties in the egg and then coat in the breadcrumbs. Now deep fry it on low flame until its golden.
