Directions
First Boil chicken with ginge/garlic paste, salt, chili powder, and green chili paste.
When its cooked, shred the chicken and keep it aside.
Then saute onions in oil only till they are soft, take them out and keep aside. In the same pot, add a little bit of oil, cumin, peas, and sweet corn and saute for 2 minutes.
Take it out and mix everything with chicken, add chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese and mix it well.
Get a samosa sheet and fill your mixture and fold. Heat oil and fry till nicely golden.
