Directions
Marinate whole chicken with 1tbsp raw papaya, 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp National Chicken Tikka Masalah, 2 tbsp National Tandoori Masalah,1/2 cup yogurt, National Salt, 1 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder, 2tbsp oil, and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.
Then steam chicken on low flame until its water gets dry and the chicken becomes tender.
Shallow fry it on medium-high flame.
Sprinkle National Chat Masalah on top.
Enjoy with chutneys, raita, and salad.
