Directions
For 1 cup hung yogurt, take 2 cups of normal yogurt, strain it in muslin cloth, tie the knot and hang it somewhere for around 6 to 8 hrs. It will make 1 cup.
In a bowl add hung yogurt, National Chatkharaydar Sabzi Masala, onion, fresh coriander, mint, green chilies, cottage cheese and bread crumbs. Mix until it becomes non sticky.
Divide them into 6 portions and shape them like kababs.
In a plate take gram flour, now coat kababs in gram flour.
In a pan take oil, now pan fry kababs in a pan or you can shallow fry them till nice golden color. Serve
