Caramel Mango Custard Pudding

Ingredients:

  • National Mango Custard 2 tablespoon
  • Curd 2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 2 tablespoon
  • Bread half slice
  • National Cornflour 1teaspoon
  • Milk half cup
  • Sugar 5 to 6 tablespoons

Directions

  • Take a pan, add sugar and melt it on low flame.
  • When sugar melts, add it to a pudding pan and set aside.
  • In another bowl, add National custard, curd, condensed milk, milk, and bread slice and mix them.
  • Now pour it on the sugar pan and cook in a steamer for 30 minutes.
  • When it has completely cooked, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes set this pudding on your platter and decorate it with sugar. Serve!
