Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • Half bowl Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp National Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp National Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp National Zeera Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Butter
  • 4 to 5 Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Cream

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it then add chopped onions cook until they turn golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes, mix it and cover the lid for 5 to 10 mins
  • Meanwhile marinate the chicken with yogurt, chopped green chilies and all spices. Keep it aside
  • After 10 minutes, add marinated chicken in the gravy and keep stirring until the chicken is cooked
  • Then cover the lid for 10 minutes
  • Add cream in the end
