Directions
Take a bowl add all purpose flour in it then add national red chili powder, roasted cumin and Coriander, salt and pinch of baking soda
Gradually add water and make a thick paste then leave it for 1 hour
Then peel and cut slices of brinjal, add a bowl with water then add salt and mix, then soak the brinjal slices in it
Now coat it with all purpose flour batter and deep fry until done on medium flame
