Directions
Put minced mutton in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, National Chilli Powder, whole spices powder, National Salt and let it boil
When the water dries, let it cool and then add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander & chopped boiled eggs. Mix all ingredients well and set aside
Now add National Salt in boiled and mashed potatoes and set aside
Take 1 bread slice, cut all edges. Spread potatoes on one half of the bread and add minced mixture in the center and cover with the second half of the bread, making a patty
Beat eggs in a separate bowl, dip bread patties in egg then fry on high flame until golden brown
