Directions
In a pan, heat oil, add sliced onion and fry it until it turns light brown.
Add Cumin and boiled Black chickpea's and mix it well.
Add all spices mentioned above with tamarind pulp, National Chili Garlic Sauce and Mix it well.
Take it out in a serving dish and add chopped onion, tomatoes, chilies and boiled potato on top.
Sprinkle some National Chaat masala.
