Directions
Heat oil add curry leaves and cook till aroma arrives. Add boiled and drained chickpeas and cook for two minutes
In a bowl mix all spices, chickpea flour and gradually add water. Mix till chickpea flour dissolves completely
Add this mixture in chickpeas and mix. Add chili sauce, soya sauce and tamarind pulp following with potato cubes and mix. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on medium slow heat
Garnish with coriander. Serve with papri and sev
