Bihari Chicken Twisters

Recipe Cusine:



For filling:

  • 250 gm minced chicken 2 tbs
  • National Bihari Kebab Masala
  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 2 to 3 green chilies
  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 garlic cloves

For dough:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbs spoon ghee
  • 1/2 tsp National Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nigella seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Water as per need
  • Oil for frying


  • In a food processor mix all ingredients to make a smooth texture. Let it rest for at least 1 hour
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and rub with your hands properly.
  • Then knead with water until the dough is a little hard and let it rest
  • Now divide the dough into 2 equal parts and make 1/2 cm thick roti bases.
  • Now spread minced chicken evenly on 1 roti, then cover it with another roti and press lightly.
  • Cut into strips with the help of a pizza cutter and twist the strips.
  • Join from ends to make rounds or leave as it is.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan on low to medium heat and fry the twisters until done or golden brown. Don't fry on high flame otherwise, the minced chicken will be raw.
  • Bihari Chicken Twisters are ready. Sprinkle some National Chat masala on top and serve with National Ketchup or National Chili Garlic Sauce.
