Directions
In a deep pan or pot add meat boti and all mentioned ingredients together and also give a smoke of coal and leave it for marination for at least 2 hours.
Then cook on low flame till meat boti will be tender and all the water has dried.
Bhonify well and it's ready.
Put some julienne ginger and coriander leaves and again give a smoke of coal.
Enjoy with salad, raita, roti, and parathas.
