Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless 1 kg
  • Chana Daal 300 gm
  • Potato 1 medium
  • Cinnamon sticks 2
  • Long 10-12
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Zeera 1 tbsp
  • National Salt (own taste)
  • Garlic 1
  • Ginger 2
  • Black Cardamom 3
  • Watercress 2
  • National Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • National Red Chilli Powder 1-2tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Pour all the Masala's on the meat, Channa Daal, Aaloo and National Salt.
  • Cook the meat until it's tender.
  • Now pound the Meat separately, Daal and Aalo to be pounded as well.
  • The Aaloo should be mashed and National Laal Mirch should be added.
  • National Garam Masala Powder ,Pepper, Eggs and coriander should be mixed and made into round shapes
  • Now just fry and Enjoy!
