Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
  • National seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • National red chili 1 tsp
  • National Dhania powder 1 tsp
  • National turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yoghurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2 (sliced )
  • National tenderizer 1 tsp

Directions

  • Marinate the beef with ginger garlic paste and all ingredients mentioned above leave it for one hour.
  • Now, In the pot add oil then onions and fry till transparent.
  • Then take out the onions and keep it aside
  • .
  • Now cook the marinated beef till the meat is soft and tender
  • Now add the onions and slow cook for 10 minutes. Serve it with chapati.
