Ingredients:

  • 500 grams veal mince
  • 1.5tbsp gg paste
  • 1tbsp chopped green chilies
  • 1tsp national chili powder
  • Half tsp chili flakes
  • 1tsp national seekh kabab masala
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1tsp roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1tsp roasted and crushed coriander
  • Pinch of garam masala powder
  • National salt to taste
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tomato cubed
  • 2 to 3tbsp chopped green coriander
  • Half cup bajray ka aata

Directions

  • Wash and squeeze water from mince.
  • Mix everything except bajray ka aata into mince and mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Add bajray ka aata and mix again and let it rest for 15 more minutes.
  • Make small rough balls and deep fry in medium hot oil.
  • Serve with national ketchup and mayonnaise plus yogurt dip
