Arabi Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 Cups
  • Salt 4 tsp
  • Sugar ½ tbsp
  • Oil/Ghee 3-4 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • Green chili chopped 1 (Optional)
  • National Chilli Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 2 green coriander
  • Mozzarella cheese (Grated) as required

Directions

  • Mix flour, salt, sugar, egg, oil in a bowl
  • Add water and knead well to form a dough, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes
  • In a bowl, add eggs, onion, green chilies, National Chilli Powder, salt, cumin powder, tomato and green coriander. Whisk well
  • Add oil and knead again to make the dough smooth
  • Take a small piece of the dough, coat it in dry flour, and roll it into a round shape with the help of a rolling pin
  • Spread oil and dry flour evenly, fold from opposite sides, apply oil again and fold
  • Dust in dry flour and roll out dough with the help of a rolling pin
  • On a griddle, keep the flame low, place the dough, add egg mixture and mozzarella cheese, apply ghee/oil and fold the paratha from both sides
  • Fry paratha from both sides with ghee/oil
  • Serve hot with spicy chutney
