Ingredients:

  • Sliced onion 3 medium size
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • National Red Chilli Powder 3/4 tbsp
  • Turmeric
  • Green chili 2
  • Fresh coriander
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • National Black pepper 1/8 tbsp
  • National Garam masala 1/4 tbsp
  • Cooking oil 5 tbsp

Directions

  • Add Pour oil in pan
  • Add sliced onion and sauté it well
  • Add salt, red chili and turmeric and cook for 2 minutes and chopped tomato
  • Add 4 to 5 tbs water and cook it well.
  • Then add eggs and mix them.
  • Add green chili, black paper and garam Masala and fresh coriander
  • Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame
