Directions
First heat up the oil in a pot and add onion. When it turns slightly brown, add National Ginger Garlic Paste and fry it for 2 seconds then add tomatoes and all spices including yogurt.
Cook all the ingredients well until the oil comes up.
Then add potatoes with water and let them turn almost 90% tender. After that, add soaked rice and add more water to cook the rice if required.
At last add green chilies and green coriander and leave the rice to steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
And serve!
