Aloo Samosa with special Achari Chutney

Ingredients:
For Aloo Samosas:
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1kg
National Red Chili Powder 1tsp
National Salt to taste
National Chat Masala 1tsp
Green coriander 2tbsp
Samosa Sheets as required
Oil for frying
For Special Achari Chutney:
Potatoes 2 small (boiled)
Tatri 1/4tsp
National Crushed Pickle 1tbsp
National Red Chilli flakes 1/2tsp
National Salt to taste
Yellow food color 1pinch
Directions
For making samosas:
Take a large bowl and mix the boiled mashed potatoes, National Red Chilli powder, National Chat masala, and coriander leaves.
Mix very well.
Now fill this mixture in samosa sheets then deep fry in oil till golden brown.
For Special Achari Chutney:
Blend boiled potatoes with water to make a runny mixture.
Now add this to a pan. Add food color, Tatri, National Salt, National Red Chilli powder, and National Crushed Pickle.
Cook till it becomes like a thick sauce.
Let it cool then serve with samosas.
