Aloo Samosa with special Achari Chutney

Recipe Cusine:



For Aloo Samosas:

  • Potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1kg
  • National Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Chat Masala 1tsp
  • Green coriander 2tbsp
  • Samosa Sheets as required
  • Oil for frying

For Special Achari Chutney:

  • Potatoes 2 small (boiled)
  • Tatri 1/4tsp
  • National Crushed Pickle 1tbsp
  • National Red Chilli flakes 1/2tsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • Yellow food color 1pinch


    For making samosas:

  • Take a large bowl and mix the boiled mashed potatoes, National Red Chilli powder, National Chat masala, and coriander leaves.
  • Mix very well.
  • Now fill this mixture in samosa sheets then deep fry in oil till golden brown.
    • For Special Achari Chutney:

  • Blend boiled potatoes with water to make a runny mixture.
  • Now add this to a pan. Add food color, Tatri, National Salt, National Red Chilli powder, and National Crushed Pickle.
  • Cook till it becomes like a thick sauce.
  • Let it cool then serve with samosas.
