Directions
For Dough:
Add salt and ghee in flour, mix with fingers and gradually add water and knead smooth, cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes
For Samosa:
Add all ingredients in potatoes and mix well
Now sprinkle flour and roll the dough, cut in round with cutter
Add masala at center of dough. Apply some water on sides and cover with second round, cut the dough and seal it well
Now mark the cut with a knife, join the cut to make a petal as shown in picture
Deep fry it on medium to low flame until golden brown and serve with chutney
