Perfect Papdi Chaat as a snack for any party. It looks attractive on your table and perfect in taste as well.

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour 1 cup
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Gram Flour 1-½ tbsp
  • National Salt ½ tsp
  • Carom Seeds ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Boil mashed Potatoes 3
  • National Crushed Coriander 1 tbsp
  • National Crushed roasted Cumin 1 tsp
  • National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • National Chat Masala 1 tsp
  • National Salt ½ tsp
  • Chopped Onion 1 small
  • Chopped Green chillies 1-2
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Sev as required
  • Sweet Yogurt as required
  • Green Chutney as required
  • Imli Chutney as required
  • National Chilli garlic sauce as required

Directions

    For Papdi

  • In a bowl mix all-purpose flour, semolina, gram flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil together.
  • Then add water gradually and knead till dough is formed. The dough should not be too tight nor too loose. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, roll out the dough, prick it with a fork then cut the circles with the help of a cutter.
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry these papdi on low to medium flame for 5 To 6 minutes or until it turns Into a crispy and nice golden brown colour.
    • For Potatoes:

  • In a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes, National crushed coriander, National crushed roasted cumin, National red chilli powder, National Chat Masala, Salt, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix it well.
  • On papdi add potato mixture, then National Chilli Garlic sauce, green chutney, Imli chutney, yoghurt and Sev.
  • Serve it with National Chilli Garlic sauce and enjoy!
