  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • National red chili powder 1tsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Chat masala 1tsp
  • National Cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1tsp
  • National Coriander seeds roasted and crushed 1tsp
  • Baking soda a pinch
  • Mango powder 1/2tsp
  • Aloo thin sliced 3


  • Add all ingredients in besan mix it, add water, and make a smooth lumps-free paste of normal consistency.
  • Cover and let it rest for an hour.
  • Now coat potatoes sliced in it and deep dry on medium to high flame until golden brown.
