Directions
In a wok, add oil, and potatoes and mix well on high flame until light golden brown for 3 mins.
Turn flame to low, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add salt, red chili crushed, National Cumin Seeds, National Turmeric Powder, National Red Chili Powder, National Coriander Seeds crushed, and National garam masala.
Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
Add tomatoes and water and mix well.
Cover the lid and cook on low flame for 8 mins.
Add whisked yogurt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins until oil separates.
Add fenugreek leaves and chopped coriander, cover, and simmer on low flame for 2 mins.
Garnish with green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves, and serve!
