Directions
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, National Red Chilli Powder, roasted and crushed cumin and coriander seeds, National Salt, National Garam Masala Powder, National Turmeric Powder, chicken powder and National Biryani Recipe Mix
In a pan, add oil and marinated chicken and fry until the chicken changes its color
Then, add 2 big glasses of water and cook till chicken and potatoes are tender
Add fried onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, tomatoes and plums. Sprinkle with National Chat Masala and yellow food color
Top with boiled rice. Cover and cook on high flame for 10-15 minutes
Let it steam cook for 5-10 minutes. Your Biryani is ready to serve!
