Achari Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp National Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp National Crushed Pickle
  • 1 tbsp National Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp National Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp National Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp of plain flour
  • 6 tbsp of National Cornflour
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Marinate 1/2 kg chicken wings with 2 tbsp National Vinegar 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste, 2 tbsp National Crushed Pickle, 1 tbsp National Soya Sauce, 1 tbsp National Chilli sauce, 2 tbsp mustard paste, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp National Black Pepper Powder, and 2 tbsp red chili flakes.
  • Leave chicken for almost 3 hours or overnight with the above marination.
  • Before frying it, add 1 egg, 4 tbsp of plain flour, and 6 tbsp of National Cornflour in marinated chicken wings and mix well.
  • Deep fry it on medium flame.
