Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups green split lentils
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green coriander
  • 5-6 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp National Salt(according to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp National Crushed Pickle
  • 1 tbsp National Garam Masalah Powder
  • Pinch of meetha soda
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour

Directions

  • Over night soak lentils in water, wash them thoroughly, and remove all the green flakes.
  • Keep lentils on a strainer and mix all vegetables and spices (except corn flour) along with National Crushed Pickle.
  • Chop it using a chopper.
  • Refrigerate for almost an hour.
  • Add National Cornflour.
  • Take a small amount on your palm and squeeze access water out.
  • Fry it until it turns golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
