Ingredients:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Half kg mutton qeema
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp National Crushed Pickle
  • 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp National Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 tbsp National Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • 5 to 6 whole green chillies
  • 1tsp National Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp sonf powder
  • Half tsp kalonji
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pot add qeema, ginger garlic paste, add all spices in it and salt according to taste.
  • Mix it well for 5 to 10 minutes, now add grinded tomatoes and cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add yogurt paste in it, now add National Crushed Pickle and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes till completely tender.
  • In the end add chopped chilli for garnishing and garam Masala powder.
