Achari Peri Bites

  • 6-7 long Green Chillies
  • 2-3 tbsp National achar gosht masala
  • Half chicken breast; boiled
  • 300 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Cup all-purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp oregano


  • Chopped the boiled chicken add 2-3 tbsp National achar gosht masala and mix it with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Make a cut in the green chillies add the filling properly.
  • Take 1 cup flour, add 2 tsp oregano, add 1 egg and little water, make like a batter.
  • For coating
  • Dip green chillies in the flour batter first than dip them in the bread crumbs and repeat the process once again. And keep them in freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry them on high flame for crispy peri bites.
  • Serve hot.
