Achari khageena

Ingredients:

  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Eggs 2
  • Green chili 2
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chili 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed pickle 1 tsp

Directions

  • Add chopped onions & tomatoes in warm oil.
  • Add salt , chili & turmeric.
  • Cover for 30 seconds until tomato is tender.
  • Add beaten eggs.
  • Cook well & add coriander, crushed pickle & green chili.
  • Shimmer for 1 min without cover.
  • Delicious khageena ready.
