Fusion

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 1 cup soaked overnight
  • National mixed pickle 2 tbsp de-seeded
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Coriander fresh 4 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 4 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Put chickpeas, salt, garlic cloves, green chilis, flour, baking soda, mint, coriander, olive oil, onion and deseeded national mixed pickle in a chopper and chop all the ingredients until done.
  • Now make small balls or kababs
  • Deep fry them in a medium heat until golden brown.
