Achari Chicken Tikka Boti

  • 500gm boneless chicken cut in cubes
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp National Chilli powder
  • 2tbsp melted ghee
  • 1tbsp gram flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1tsp National Crushed Pickle
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Onion rings for serving


  • Marinate chicken cubes with lemon juice , salt, ginger garlic paste and National Chilli Powder and leave for at least 20 minutes
  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the chickpeas flour and keep aside
  • In another bowl add yogurt. Add in roasted chickpeas flour, salt and National Crushed Pickle. Mix well
  • Add in marinated chicken and mix well
  • In a pan add 3tbsp oil. Shallow fry the marinated chicken on slow flame till the chicken is tender
  • Serve with onion rings, cucumber, french fries and raita
