Directions
Marinate chicken cubes with lemon juice , salt, ginger garlic paste and National Chilli Powder and leave for at least 20 minutes
Heat ghee in a pan and roast the chickpeas flour and keep aside
In another bowl add yogurt. Add in roasted chickpeas flour, salt and National Crushed Pickle. Mix well
Add in marinated chicken and mix well
In a pan add 3tbsp oil. Shallow fry the marinated chicken on slow flame till the chicken is tender
Serve with onion rings, cucumber, french fries and raita
