Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ Cup
National Ginger garlic paste 1 & ½ tbsp
National Achar 2 tbsp
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Cooking oil 3-4 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks 2
Black peppercorns 3-4
Onion sliced 2 medium
Tomatoes chopped 2 medium
Water 2-3 tbs or as required
National Green chili paste 2 tbsp
National Turmeric powder ½ tsp
National Salt ½ tsp or to taste
National Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Water 1 Cup or as required
Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbsp
Green onion chopped 1 cup
Fresh coriander chopped 1 Cup
Garam masala powder ½ tsp

Directions
In a bowl, add yogurt, National ginger garlic paste, National Achar and whisk well.
Add chicken mince, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok, add cooking oil, cinnamon sticks, black pepper corns, onion & fry until light golden.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add water, cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes then mix well.
Add National green chili paste, National turmeric powder, National salt, National red chili powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water & mix well.
Now add marinated chicken mince and mix well until it changes color.
Add water, mix well and bring it to boil, cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add lemon juice, green onion, fresh coriander and mix well
.
Add National Garam Masala powder, green chilies, cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with green onion leaves, fresh coriander & serve!
